The candidate must have a Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Diploma in Media or Marketing, with relevant experience ranging from 3 to 11 years based on education level. The position involves ensuring effective communication and documentation of institutional activities and requires strong supervisory skills.
Supervising the preparation and implementation of the operational projects of the division and ensuring their alignment with the department’s strategic plans.Supervising the preparation, implementation, and review of the media and marketing-related policies, procedures, and systems.Supervising the monitoring and tracking of everything that is received or published in various media outlets about the institution accurately, and following up the comprehensive media coverage of all institutional activities and maintaining a dedicated archive for that.Supervising the follow-up of advertising agencies and gift and printing companies, and supervising the preparation of advertisements, prints, publications, and gifts according to the agreed-upon specifications and conditions.Developing the institution’s relations with advertising agencies, various media outlets, governmental and non-governmental entities, and stakeholders through different marketing methods.Supervising the editing and dubbing of the institution’s films of all types for various events, festivals, meetings, activities, and events in which the institution participates.Following up all complaints received by the institution from the press, radio, and social media, and referring them to the concerned parties within the institution and tracking them.Supervising the organization of the institution’s press conferences, and following up the participation of the official spokesperson in media outlets in coordination with media entities.Supervising the publication of the institution’s news in various media and social media platforms of all types for the events, festivals, meetings, activities, and events in which the institution participates.Supervising the preparation and implementation of a comprehensive plan to promote the institution’s services provided to all stakeholders, and presenting the institution’s experiences in ambulance and emergency medical services and clarifying the importance of first aid to the public.Supervising the archiving and documentation of the institution’s events for the purpose of publishing them later in newspapers and magazines to ensure preserving the institutional memory of related events.Official supervision of the institution’s website content in cooperation with the Information Technology Department.Supervising the distribution of gifts related to awareness activities about first aid and explaining the importance of knowing the methods of using it in daily life for community members.Supervising the preparation and review of the media material prepared for publication in both Arabic and English and working on publishing it in coordination with various media outlets.Supervising the follow-up of the institution’s activities and events in social media and media outlets.Visiting local exhibitions related to marketing and media to keep up with developments in media technology and advertising methods as per the direct supervisor’s instructions.Supervising the preparation of monthly/annual reports supported with the necessary statistics regarding the department’s work and achievements and clarifying strengths, weaknesses (if any), and suggestions to address them.Supporting and sustaining the approved related standard systems, including risk management and business continuity.Complying with the information security system, policies, processes, and programs, and ensuring that every employee within the organizational unit understands their responsibilities related to information security.Performing any other tasks related to the department’s work or as per documented instructions.
Master’s / Bachelor’s / Diploma in Media or Marketing or equivalent.
A Master’s degree requires 3 years of experience in Media or Marketing or equivalent.
A Bachelor’s degree requires 5 years of experience in Media or Marketing or equivalent.
A Diploma requires 11 years of experience in Media or Marketing or equivalent.
