Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare and review project designs, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and propose solutions to meet deadlines.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, progress, and any necessary adjustments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in civil engineering within the construction industry.
- Nationality: Arabic (Preference for Iraqi or Jordanian candidates).
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
