Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in site supervision and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities on-site to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between contractors and the project management team.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily progress and inspection reports.
• Monitor compliance with environmental, safety and construction regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to the contractor and site personnel.
• Monitor the physical and financial progress of the project.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate the inspection and testing of materials.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Professional Engineering (PE) license

PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager)

Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes
