A leading educational institution in Dubai is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of school facilities. The candidate will oversee repairs, cleaning, staff housing, and transportation while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. They will also coordinate contractors and manage procurement processes to maintain a secure environment. The role requires strong organizational skills and effective communication in English.
Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant experience in a premium school setting.
- Prior experience in a supervisory position.
- Demonstrable organisation and planning capabilities.
Responsabilités
- Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of school facilities.
- Coordinate building maintenance and ensure compliance with standards.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of support staff accommodation.
