What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director, you will be responsible for implementing the product strategy and achieving strategic objectives, while promoting three different categories and creating conditions for sales teams to develop business. Specifically, you will:

1. Lead the localization and execution of the product strategy, identifying local opportunities and adapting the international vision to meet specific market needs.
2. Orchestrate product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive storytelling and impactful client experiences.
3. Coordinate product activations and boutique animations, providing relevant product training, toolkits, and sales support materials.
4. Monitor category performance through sales forecasting, competitor benchmarking, and post-launch analysis, while contributing to annual planning and special project development.
