Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and commercially minded leader to join us as Director of Sales. This newly created role is central to converting our global sales ambition into measurable hotel‑level impact across the Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific. Reporting directly to the SVP Sales, MEAPAC, this role will either be based in Singapore, Dubai or Bangkok,will drive the evolution of our B2B sales and loyalty programs while shaping the sales performance for the region.

  • Strategic Sales Programming - Shape, align, and translate global commercial strategy into actionable regional and hotel execution. Deliver structured insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing global decision‑making and strengthening strategic clarity across the sales community.
  • Revenue Impact - Accelerate top‑line performance by leading and optimizing Accor’s B2B Sales Programs. Drive hotel adoption, execution quality and commercial contribution through robust program management and performance oversight.
  • Commercial Transformation & Innovation - Champion the modernization of sales methodologies by identifying opportunities in customer engagement, sales efficiency and operational processes. Lead transformation initiatives that elevate commercial capability and acumen across the region.
  • Sales Enablement, Capability Building & Excellence - Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of a world‑class sales ecosystem. Equip teams with the insights, skills and resources required for consistent high‑performance.
  • Systems, Processes & CRM Effectiveness - Strengthen CRM excellence through enhanced pipeline discipline, reporting accuracy and forecasting rigor. Improve data transparency, productivity and consistency across sales segments through refined processes and continuous operational optimization.
Qualifications
  • University Degree and/or 15 years’ experience is preferred in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in sales strategy, program management and performance optimization within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • This role will be based in Singapore, Dubai or Bangkok. A high level of English proficiency is required for the role.
