Job summary
A leading real estate firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to supervise and build a strong sales team. The role involves mentoring sales agents, motivating team members, and ensuring client satisfaction. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a management position and possess strong organizational skills. Familiarity with real estate is preferred but not mandatory. This opportunity promises significant career development within a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Five years of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred.
- Proven organizational and planning ability.
- Real estate experience or license is a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise real estate sales agents and build a strong sales team.
- Mentor the real estate team to success.
- Motivate and train buyers agents to prioritize clients and win leads.
