This position reports to
Your role and responsibilities
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving the service sales process in collaboration with the ABB SEAM Regional Commercial and Operations team, with support from the Global Market Development team. The role involves generating service sales opportunities and securing profitable sales within the Middle East region. The Sales Specialist focuses on achieving desired customer outcomes, including safety, reliability, and sustainability, and promotes the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships and ensuring prompt responses to specific customer needs and issues. The candidate should be located in the Middle East to facilitate closer collaboration with our Operations team for the EMEA region. The incumbent will be required to travel up to 50% of the time within the EMEA region.
