Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in the Abu Dhabi Emirate is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate will handle full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and managing mobilization processes. Ideal applicants will have 4–7 years of experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and knowledge of UAE labor laws. This position involves working under pressure and ensuring alignment with project timelines.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
- Familiar with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
- Experience handling bulk hiring and project mobilization.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for onshore and offshore roles.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
