The Amazon Fresh team is looking for an execution-driven manager to lead marketing and merchandising for the UFG product. As Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end marketing and prime customer engagement for the program. The scope of the role is to drive growth of the service in UAE and KSA, scale prime customer penetration, and influence retention and shopping frequency. The role owns the content experience across all customer touchpoints both on-site and off-site. This includes content ideation, customer acquisition and retention planning, cost management, and development, with high complexity, detail, and responsibility.
Key to success will be the ability to utilize customer insights and data to develop relevant content, marketing programs, design cohort tests, and quickly scale successful initiatives. The individual must excel in managing cross-functional efforts and partnering with product teams, customer experience, analytics, marketing, and traffic teams.
