Job summary

A technology-driven hospitality company in the United Arab Emirates is hiring an Associate Product Manager to enhance their internal Property Management System and improve guest-facing experiences. You will support discovery and manage part of the product backlog, while working closely with engineering teams and using data to inform decisions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in product roles, comfortable with user research, documentation, and analytics. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to contribute to innovative hospitality solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong junior-level experience in product or adjacent role.
• Experience working with engineering teams to ship features.
• Practical experience with user research, writing PRDs, collaborating in Figma, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support user interviews and discovery with internal teams and guests.
• Prioritise tasks and features based on operational efficiency.
• Draft PRDs and refine them with the Product Manager and Engineering.
• Work closely with Engineering to clarify requirements and answer questions.
• Define and track success metrics around operational efficiency.
