A leading technology firm in Dubai seeks a seasoned Product Owner with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in owning enterprise-grade products. The candidate will drive product strategy, manage complex backlogs, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include owning the product vision, engaging with stakeholders, and leading backlog grooming. Ideal candidates should have strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. This full-time role requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Product Owner.
- Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in backlog management prioritization and refinement.

We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in owning and delivering enterprise-grade products. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy manage complex backlogs and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Own the product vision roadmap and end-to-end backlog management
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather analyze and prioritize requirements
- Convert business requirements into epics user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog grooming sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Act as a single point of contact for business and delivery teams
- Make priority and scope decisions to maximize business value
- Support UAT execution and obtain business sign-off
- Ensure alignment with business objectives compliance and regulatory requirements
- Track and report on delivery progress risks and dependencies
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Product Owner
- Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum frameworks
- Hands-on experience in backlog management prioritization and refinement
- Excellent skills in user story writing and defining acceptance criteria
- Strong experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong business analysis and requirement elicitation experience
- Good understanding of SDLC and enterprise-scale delivery
- Experience working with distributed and offshore teams
- Domain experience in Banking / Financial Services
- Experience working in large transformation programs
