Role Overview
My client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager – MarTech Solutions, a specialist who will design, implement, and optimise a modern marketing technology ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technology, digital marketing, automation, and analytics, ensuring the organisation maximises customer engagement and drives digital transformation.
You’ll work hands‑on with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hootsuite, Optimizely, analytics tools, tag managers, and personalization engines, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement across the MarTech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company’s MarTech roadmap aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions to improve acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Partner with marketing, product, and digital teams to define MarTech needs and priorities.
- Lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing management of core MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Hootsuite, GA4/Google Marketing Platform, Optimizely, etc.).
- Ensure data flows smoothly across CRM, analytics, and automation tools.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage system upgrades.
- Build and refine marketing automation workflows to support lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing.
- Implement segmentation, dynamic content, and personalisation strategies to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Own tagging, tracking, and reporting frameworks for marketing activity.
- Provide actionable insights to improve performance and ROI.
- Ensure full compliance with data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA).
- Train marketing teams on MarTech tools, features, and best practices.
- Act as a technical advisor to campaign managers and senior marketing leaders.
Experience Required
- 7-8 years in MarTech, digital marketing, or digital transformation roles.
- Experience delivering solutions in property development, marketing, or sales environments is preferred.
- Strong background in marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and tag management.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, GA4, GTM, CDPs, and API integrations.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments with multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Salesforce certification is mandatory.
