About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our client acquisition, business development, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the UAE market, with proven experience in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and managing high-performance teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across diverse industries in the UAE and GCC region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet KPIs and exceed performance goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to design effective campaigns and service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and business reports to clients and management.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and business forums.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within a marketing, media, or advertising agency.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
