Civil Site Supervisor (Construction Industry)
Job summary
A growing organization in the construction industry is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day civil site operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in civil site supervision in the UAE, ensuring work quality and safety compliance. Responsibilities include supervising daily civil works, coordinating with subcontractors, and reporting to the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in civil site supervision in the UAE.
- Strong ability to understand engineering drawings and site execution.
- Proven capability to lead teams and enforce safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil works on-site including structural finishing.
- Coordinate tasks with foremen, subcontractors, and engineers.
- Monitor progress, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Report site progress and challenges to the Project Manager.
