A global payment technology company in Dubai is seeking an experienced leader for their Client Incentive Operations team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in finance or accounting, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage high-pressure situations. This role involves overseeing client agreements, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and driving global process improvements. It is a full-time hybrid position, with in-office expectations to be confirmed.
The Client Incentive Operations team are responsible for managing Client Incentive and Merchant Acceptance Incentive agreements.
We ensure compliance with contractual terms and determine the accounting treatment of each incentive deal and conformity with US GAAP. We use lean/six sigma process methodologies to provide benefits to our stakeholders regarding quality cost and schedule associated with our work.
