Job description
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Understand client business needs and challenges, and recommend suitable software and digital solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to highlight Overt Nexus services and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into deliverable solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Share insights and feedback with management to support product and service enhancements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records within the CRM system.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) insales, business development, or consulting, preferably insoftware solutions, ERP, CRM, or IT services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Fluency inEnglish(Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an added advantage).
