Service Marketing Intern – Emerging Market Service Division

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Service Marketing Intern to join our Emerging Markets Service Organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in service portfolio management, install base analytics, and marketing campaign execution across multiple geographies. As a Service Marketing Intern, you will support our commercial service growth strategy and collaborate with teams across Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations.
What will you need to be successful?
- Build simple dashboards (Excel/Power BI) to track the service install base.
- Prepare data for monthly and quarterly service performance reviews.
- Maintain and update the Service Portfolio catalog and contract tiers.
- Support SKU documentation, pricing updates, and product lifecycle tracking.
- Benchmark competitor service offerings and summarize key insights.
- Create customer‑facing presentations and internal strategy decks.
- Assist with marketing campaigns (emails, flyers, events) to promote service offerings.
- Track and report on campaign performance and lead generation.
- Monitor key KPIs such as Turnaround Time (TAT), First‑Time Fix Rate (FTFR), and rental growth.
- Support process mapping and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Assist in compiling service training materials for Sales and Distributor teams.
- Help coordinate virtual and in‑person training sessions across the Emerging Markets region.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data cleaning) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI and no‑code tools is a plus.
