The role supports operations and administration for luxury short-term rentals, including acquiring homeowners and clients.   • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Acquire new clients looking for high-end holiday homes and tailored experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and local partners.
  • Conduct property tours and present Opulenco's services to potential clients.
  • Meet sales and acquisition targets on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dubai's luxury real estate and hospitality markets.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
