Job Position: Business Development Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our footprint within the EPC infrastructure and utility sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and market knowledge to identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall competitive strategy of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EPC infrastructure and utility sectors.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry organizations.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
4. Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and bids to clients, showcasing our capabilities and solutions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and project execution plans.
6. Support the development of strategic plans to increase market share and profitability.
7. Monitor industry developments and provide insights to the leadership team regarding potential impacts on business strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales within the EPC, infrastructure, or utility sector.
3. Strong understanding of project management and engineering principles in large-scale infrastructure projects.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful customer relationships.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to conduct detailed market analysis.
