Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Expertise – Have in-depth knowledge of D365 F&O (Finance & Supply Chain) and basic knowledge of other Microsoft solutions (Power Platform, Business Central, etc.).
  2. Product Positioning – Choose the best product based on the customer’s industry, budget, and business needs.
  3. Product Demonstrations – Showcase the solution to clients, explaining how it fits their requirements.
  4. Domain Knowledge – Understand key industries like Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Retail to provide relevant solutions.
  5. Continuous Learning – Stay updated on new features, case studies, and add-on solutions.
  6. Effort Estimation & Proposals – Help estimate costs, implementation time, and customization needs.
  7. Project Handover & Transition – Ensure a smooth handover from presales to project delivery teams.
  8. Customer Support & Escalations – Assist in handling customer issues and changes in project scope.
  9. RFPs & Documentation – Support the sales team by responding to RFPs and tenders.
  10. Revenue Growth – Identify opportunities for additional services post-implementation.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
  • Finance/Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
