Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and safe operation of the lubricant oil filling section.
• Supervise filling operators and allocate manpower.
• Coordinate machine maintenance with the team.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols on the shop floor.
• Maintain production logs and reports.

Skills

Knowledge of filling, capping, labeling machines

Basic mechanical troubleshooting

Team leadership and communication

SAP/ERP familiarity preferred

Education

Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical/Production/Chemical Engineering
