  • Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Coordinate the staff under supervision.

Requirements
  • Work experience: at least 2 years experience in a similar role (Shift Management, Floor Management, Operations) in the Live Casino Industry;
  • Excellent knowledge of Live Casino Industry;
  • Technical background is a plus (Computer engineering, IT, software, etc.);
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
  • PC skills;
  • Advanced English speaking;
  • Work under pressure;
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organisation Matrix;
  • Maintaining the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, players);
  • Coordinates the staff under his/her supervision;
  • Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company;
  • Collaboration and cooperation;
  • Ensuring the functionality of the studios;
  • Other operational activities.
