Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Food and Beverage Team Leader in a high-volume, fine dining environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, motivating staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Pleasant appearance and a professional demeanor.
