Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through networking, lead generation, and referrals.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients’ property needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain regular follow-up and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
2. Property Sales & Leasing
- Present and promote available properties to clients through viewings, virtual tours, and presentations.
- Advise clients on suitable property options based on market trends and requirements.
- Prepare and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets set by the company.
3. Market Research & Property Sourcing
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, community developments, and competitor activities.
- Source new listings through outreach, property visits, and owner engagement.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property value and pricing strategies.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare contracts, tenancy agreements, MOUs, and sales documents as required.
- Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with admin, legal, and finance teams to complete documentation and payments.
- Maintain proper records in CRM and ensure listing accuracy.
5. Marketing & Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote property listings on digital platforms.
- Prepare high-quality property descriptions, photos, and videos for advertising.
- Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
