We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead multi-branch operations across the UAE for a growing restaurant brand! If you have a proven track record in South Indian restaurant operations and are ready to drive excellence across multiple outlets, this is YOUR opportunity!

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end restaurant operations across all UAE branches
  • Drive P&L performance, budgeting & cost optimization
  • Ensure operational excellence, brand consistency & customer satisfaction
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams
  • Oversee food safety, compliance & quality standards
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and new store openings
  • Monitor KPIs: sales growth, food cost, labor cost, customer ratings & more
What We're Looking For
  • 13+ years of experience in restaurant/QSR industry
  • Multi-unit leadership experience (4-5 years minimum)
  • Strong exposure to South Indian restaurant operations
  • Proven expertise in P&L management, operations & team leadership
  • Deep understanding of UAE market, regulations & customer expectations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (preferred)
  • Preference: Indian nationals, particularly candidates from Kerala
Compensation Package
  • Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 (negotiable based on experience)
