Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for premium dining and operational excellence? We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to launch and lead our new 3 Fils Restaurant branch in Dubai – a brand known for innovation, authenticity and award‑winning culinary excellence.

About the Role

As General Manager you’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction and P&L accountability. You will champion our brand values while ensuring seamless service, high team morale and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day‑to‑day operations of the new restaurant to ensure a world‑class guest experience
  • Hire, train and mentor a high‑performing front‑and‑back‑of‑house team
  • Oversee quality control, hygiene standards and food safety compliance
  • Implement operational strategies aligned with brand vision and SOPs
  • Drive revenue, profitability and manage budgets, costs and forecasts
  • Maintain vendor relationships, procurement and inventory management
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure service recovery where needed
  • Monitor KPIs, service standards and regularly report performance metrics to the Head Office
  • Coordinate marketing events and customer engagement initiatives
Key Requirements
  • 7+ years of F&B industry experience with at least 3 years in a General Manager or similar senior role
  • Proven experience in fine‑dining or premium casual dining environments
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor controls and cost management
  • Exceptional leadership, team‑building and training skills
  • Deep knowledge of UAE hospitality trends, customer behavior and local regulations
  • Outstanding communication, problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with launching or opening new restaurant locations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred
