Job summary
A leading infrastructure company in Dubai is seeking a qualified supervisor to manage maintenance crews and ensure compliance with safety standards. The role involves monitoring project progress, training junior staff, and maintaining communication with project managers and engineers. Ideal candidates must have proven experience in maintenance projects and strong leadership skills. This position offers a full-time commitment and is not remote.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in infrastructure or maintenance projects.
- Ability to read plans and follow project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance crews and subcontractors.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Inspect work to maintain quality and resolve on-site issues.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain records and report on project progress.
- Communicate with engineers, project managers, and clients.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
