Qualifications

• 8 years in HR with a focus on Emiratization or Nationalization programs.
• Experience with government relations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the Groups Emiratization strategy.
• Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with all government regulations.
• Develop and maintain Emiratization dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation.

Skills

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Emiratization policies

Advanced data analytics and reporting skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field

Advanced certification in HR
