Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the development projects from inception to completion.
2. Conduct project feasibility studies and budgeting.
3. Compile and report project data.
4. Utilize advanced project management tools and techniques.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 10 years of relevant direct experience in a development firm.
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
3. Good understanding of project feasibility and development.
4. Excellent budgeting and data compilation/reporting skills.
5. Advanced Project Management skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera.
