Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Ras al-Khaimah seeks an enthusiastic individual to oversee room reservations and enhance guest experiences. The role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of related experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, with a high school diploma as a minimum educational requirement. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Oversee accuracy of room blocks reservations and group market codes.
