Job summary

A real estate company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a proactive Real Estate Administrator to join their team. This role serves as the central point of contact for communications with developers and supports various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is essential.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Administrator to join our Abu Dhabibased team. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact (POC) for all communications and coordination with leading Abu Dhabi developers. This role is crucial in supporting internal teams sales leasing marketing and legal and ensuring smooth daytoday operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison with developers (Aldar Reportage Bloom Imkan Tamouh Modon etc. maintaining professional and timely communication.
  • Manage and update property listings on platforms like Property Finder Bayut Dubizzle and the company website.
  • Coordinate project launches unit availability pricing updates and handover timelines with developers.
  • Ensure accurate and organized documentation for all real estate transactions contracts and agreements.
  • Support internal teams by distributing uptodate inventory and project brochures floor plans and offers.
  • Prepare and maintain a centralized database of developers projects and key contacts.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings site visits and project briefings with developers and clients.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards on project availability sales progress and developer updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure developer campaigns and promotions are correctly executed.
  • Monitor compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate administration or coordination preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • Solid understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate market and familiarity with key developers and their processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
