Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing tools and latest digital trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage property listings on various real estate platforms ensuring accuracy.
• Gather and verify all property details including descriptions, pricing, photos and virtual tours.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers and internal teams to obtain necessary information.
• Ensure that all listings comply with company standards and platform requirements.
• Regularly update listings to reflect changes in availability, pricing or property details.
• Respond to inquiries from potential buyers or tenants.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance listing visibility.
