Requirements :
Proven track of successful sales record
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Presentable and smart
Pleasant and trustworthy
MS Office familiarity
Real estate agent s or broker s licence
Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and I, etc.)
Excellent communication and self management skills
Minimum 2-year experience in Real Estate is a must
Self driven and ambitious attitude
