Our client is seeking an experienced Snagging Inspector to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction electrical engineering or a related field with a focus on snagging inspections and defect identification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify construction defects and snags
• Prepare detailed reports with photographs and clear descriptions of defects
• Collaborate with developers contractors and consultants to resolve issues
• Work independently to meet inspection deadlines
• Utilize knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations

Requirements:
