Job summary
A leading asset management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead real estate and infrastructure projects in Dubai. This role demands strong technical and stakeholder management skills to ensure timely and compliant project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably with local knowledge and PMP certification. Join a dynamic team to drive quality and sustainability in project execution.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ project management experience in Owners Association/FM sector in Dubai/UAE.
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, codes, and approval processes.
- Professional certifications (PMP) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects across residential and commercial communities.
- Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance.
