Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of luxury villa fit‑out projects for a prestigious client in Dubai. This role is central to ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, meeting both client expectations and stringent UAE regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial planning and design coordination to final handover—serving as the primary point of accountability. With a strong background in civil engineering and hands‑on experience in complex residential fit‑outs, the ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, lead cross‑functional teams, and maintain seamless collaboration across contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. A strategic mindset, proactive risk management, and deep familiarity with local construction norms are essential for success in this high‑impact role.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project lifecycle phases, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closeout for villa fit‑out projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies aligned with project goals.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure scope, design, and delivery alignment.
• Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement timely mitigation measures to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Conduct routine site inspections and progress reviews to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, approvals, and stakeholder reporting with precision and consistency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of site supervisors, coordinators, and technical staff to foster accountability and performance.
• Organize client walkthroughs, address feedback promptly, and ensure all issues are resolved prior to project handover.
• Maintain detailed records of project outcomes, financials, and post‑project insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on high‑end villa fit‑out projects in the UAE.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex residential fit‑outs on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and construction management software.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, permitting processes, and local authority requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong decision‑making ability under pressure, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across Dubai and surrounding regions.
