Job summary

A real estate firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join their sales department. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience in real estate administration. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems are essential.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks in the real estate sales department.
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain sales documentation, contracts, tenancy agreements, and property listings.
  • Update and manage property databases, CRM systems, and online listing platforms.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents, property consultants, and clients to schedule viewings, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and other local regulatory requirements in Dubai.
  • Prepare sales reports, trackers, and performance summaries for management.
  • Assist in marketing activities such as preparing promotional materials, property brochures, and social media content support.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain professional communication between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and agents.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate administration or sales support, preferably in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate processes, contracts, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with RERA regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/property management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
