We are seeking a well-organized and proactiveReal Estate Administrator to support our sales and leasing operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Dubai real estate market and be able to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update property listings on real estate portals such as Property Finder and Bayut
  • Prepare and manage real estate documentation including contracts, MOUs, Form A/B/F, and tenancy-related paperwork
  • Coordinate with real estate agents, clients, developers, and external service providers
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal company procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams
