Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technological vision and strategy of our manufacturing company in Dubai. The CTO will be responsible for driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, enhancing production processes, and ensuring the company stays at the forefront of industry advancements. This role requires a visionary leader who can manage the integration of new technologies, oversee the IT infrastructure, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with its business objectives.
• Lead the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and digital transformation.
• Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Identify and evaluate new technological trends and innovations that can enhance manufacturing processes and product development.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to drive innovation in product design and manufacturing techniques.
• Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to technology and data security.
• Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and protocols.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance on technology-related partnerships, acquisitions, and investments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies, automation, and digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading large-scale technology projects from concept to implementation.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on innovation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology initiatives with broader business objectives.
