Job Summary

Our client, a multinational automotive company, is looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales and Dealer Development (Arabic Speaker) to be based in Dubai. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and covers territories across GCC, Levant, and parts of Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and achieve the Sales Business Plan for Parts and Accessories in the region.
  • Analyze sales performance and Gross Profit achievement to meet objectives.
  • Develop customer engagement programs with channel partners to grow business.
  • Enhance dealer relationships through effective communication and guidance.
  • Improve dealer business operations using company guidelines and operational audits.
  • Monitor competitor activities and propose corrective action plans.
  • Drive penetration of Genuine Oils, Tyres, and Batteries.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for dealer staff.
  • Mentor and monitor team members to achieve KPIs and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize digital tools for accurate business tracking and forecasting.
  • Analyze sales results and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in defining sales and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct market research for new opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and gap analysis.
  • Conduct monthly PDCA reviews for business improvement and action planning.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Business, Engineering, or Commerce.
  • 10–15 years of experience in automotive parts sales (OEM level).
  • Channel Management and Dealer Operations expertise.
  • Experience with CRM / DMS Systems and Business Analytics.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Knowledge of automotive dealer/distributor business processes, sales operations, logistics, supply chain management, Kaizen, and training skills.
