Job description
An Exhilarating Opportunity

Are you ready for a role spanning both FIVE Hotels and Resorts and The Pacha Group, supporting group-wide objectives across hospitality, lifestyle, and entertainment?

FIVE and The Pacha Group share a unified culture that brings together contemporary hospitality innovation with a longstanding creative influence rooted in music, entertainment, and Ibiza, informing how experiences are designed and delivered across the group.

This is a cross-functional role spanning FIVE Hotels and Resorts and The Pacha Group, with a primary focus on C-suite social media management. Sitting within Public Relations, it works closely with senior leadership and calls for sound judgement, discretion, and a strong understanding of reputational, corporate, and communications considerations.

The position is high-impact and hands‑on, combining strategy, content creation, publishing, and day‑to‑day management. While selective support for broader group platforms is included, the core focus remains executive social media, rather than consumer brand marketing. Flexibility is essential, including the ability to work in line with C‑suite schedules, with availability outside standard working hours and travel when required.

Join now and get ready to take your career to new heights.

The Candidate

You are a self‑starter who brings experience supporting senior executives, with a strong understanding of corporate and leadership social media, and the flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment where high standards and shared responsibility matter. A structured approach, sound judgement, and attention to detail support consistent delivery, even when priorities shift.

The ability to work confidently with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams is essential, as collaboration sits at the heart of how we work across our properties. A positive, solutions‑focused mindset, combined with a willingness to take ownership, helps maintain quality, accountability, and a professional team culture.

What We’re Looking For
  • A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent professional experience in social media management or a related role is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing social media for senior executives or leadership teams, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining a personal brand presence within hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, or food and beverage environments.
  • A strong understanding of corporate communications, reputational awareness, and leadership positioning, with experience supporting C‑suite executives through social and digital channels.
  • Demonstrated hands‑on capability in videography, photography, and editing, with the ability to create content independently and in fast‑moving, on‑the‑go environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver end‑to‑end content strategies, including content capture, editing, copywriting, publishing, and engagement management.
  • Experience working across both corporate and B2C public relations activation, with the ability to balance leadership‑facing communications and brand‑aligned storytelling.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑output environments, with the ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and shifting priorities with confidence.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement when working closely with C‑suite leaders.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence working independently, with sound judgement and a proactive approach to delivery.
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to work independently, showing initiative, reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to work beyond standard hours when required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leads the social media strategy, content creation, publishing, and engagement for the Chairman and Chief Executive’s social media presence, ensuring alignment with leadership positioning, corporate communications objectives, and reputational considerations.
  • Owns end‑to‑end delivery across executive social content, including ideation, content capture, editing, copywriting, publishing, and community management.
  • Captures and delivers high‑quality photo and video content independently, often in live or fast‑moving environments, including events, leadership engagements, and travel.
  • Exercises sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality when managing content involving senior leadership and sensitive communications.
  • Ensures consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all executive‑facing social media activity.
  • Acts as an internal content resource with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and during C‑suite travel, to support timely and live content capture as required.
  • Manages day‑to‑day community engagement across executive platforms, including comments and direct messages, in line with approved brand and public relations guidelines.
  • Works closely with the Director of Public Relations to ensure alignment between social media activity, corporate messaging, and broader Public Relations priorities.
  • Provides secondary support for designated platforms, including social content updates and basic website content management for corporate and foundation websites.
  • Responds promptly to time‑sensitive content and communication requests, maintaining reliability and consistency of output.
  • Monitors performance, engagement, and audience behaviour across managed platforms, providing insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
  • Stays informed on platform updates, trends, and best practices relevant to executive and corporate social media management.
