A local IT consulting firm is seeking a Non-Executive Director Software / IT to contribute to revenue growth. Job Description
- A Non-Executive Director (Non Exec, NED) is required for a software-as-a-service (SaaS) software, IT Company based locally and with a sales office in the US. With a strong sales pipeline and existing customers already established the company is looking to achieve revenue growth in . Our client is looking for a Non-Executive Director who is interested in investing and able to contribute to the continued growth of the company with specific expertise in : IT / software companies who have clients in corporate organisations and / or major hosting and managed service providers;
- experience of an international software business and developing international distribution and partner channels;
- implementation of customer service and technical support operations in primarily a partner channel model;
proven record of successfully growing & exiting from a software / IT business.
The Non-Executive Director will be encouraged to become a shareholder in the Company to align the incoming Non Exec’s interest with that of the existing Directors who are all shareholders.
