Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a banking or regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Financial Crime Compliance regulations.
• Capability to produce concise management reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of FCC projects, programmes, and regulatory remediation actions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and dashboards.
• Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks.
• Coordinate between multiple teams and manage external vendors.

Skills

Strong experience managing complex FCC or regulatory change programmes

Solid understanding of AML/CFT, FCC frameworks

Proven PMO and governance expertise

Experience working with regulators

Excellent stakeholder management skills
