Job Description

A long-established and trusted global brokerage is seeking skilled and driven Product Manager to join their expanding product department. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.

Location : Hybrid - Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate brings strong product instincts, a solid understanding of system and data flows, and a data-informed approach to decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable product solutions.As a Product Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Drive end-to-end product initiatives—from discovery and development to delivery and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, developers, and stakeholders to identify user pain points and deliver meaningful, data-informed solutions.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Use data to uncover friction points in the customer journey and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap based on measurable outcomes and clear success metrics.
• Benchmark product performance against competitors and industry standards to support strategic decisions.

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Data, and Technology to deliver consistent and aligned product experiences.
• Balance user advocacy, business impact, and technical feasibility when prioritizing features.
• Translate complex ideas into clear documentation using user flows, wireframes, and functional requirements.

Thought Leadership

• Champion scalable solutions that anticipate future user needs and influence internal stakeholders to prioritize long-term value.
• Stay informed about trends in product management, fintech innovation, and emerging competitor strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities across functions and translate them into actionable product initiatives.

Requirements :

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
• Proven experience working within agile / Sprint-based development frameworks in close collaboration with technology teams.
• Hands-on involvement in developing and launching web (desktop / mobile) or mobile applications for B2C audiences.
• Background in fintech, payments, trading, or broader financial services is strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with A / B testing tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize to support experimentation and optimization.
• Proficiency with common product and workflow tools such as JIRA, Aha!, Lucidchart, Visio, Trello, etc.
• Experience building products from the ground up (0→1) as well as scaling established products (1→100).
• Competence in Excel for data analysis; SQL skills are a plus.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth setting

Nice to have

• Educational background in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Familiarity with wireframing and collaboration tools such as Figma, Axure, or Miro.
• Understanding of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React) and React Native for app development.
• Knowledge of product success metrics including NPS, conversion rates, churn, and user engagement.
