Job Description
  • Design and implement targeted marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the travel and tourism market, including seasonal promotions, destination highlights, and package offers. Manage the marketing budget, including vendor and agency contracts, to ensure effective allocation of resources and ROI optimization.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team of 8, covering digital marketing, design, and support roles.
  • Drive digital marketing efforts using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and CRM tools to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and enhance customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
  • Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end including content creation, digital ads, events, and PR initiatives with a focus on travel products and services.
Qualifications
  • Open to Arabic nationalities, 28-35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field; Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality with proven experience in managing marketing teams and budgets.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, CRM platforms with strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics.
