Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing creative marketing and promotional strategies that strengthen the brands positioning and visibility across multiple concepts. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative flair, and strong leadership to ensure the company maintains a consistent brand image and achieves its growth objectives across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance the visibility and desirability of each brand within the group.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Public Relations & Communications: Manage all press releases, media communications, and public relations initiatives to build positive brand awareness.
  • Partnerships & Sponsorships: Cultivate relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to expand brand reach and engagement.
  • Content & Creative Oversight: Ensure all marketing materials and visual content adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and deliver high-quality storytelling.
  • Events & Promotions: Oversee brand activations, launches, and community events to increase market exposure.
  • Budget Management: Control marketing budgets and provide regular financial reporting to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop marketing staff, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (Finance, HR, Creative, Projects & Design, and Operations) to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within hospitality, F&F, or lifestyle brands in the UAE/GCC.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands and creative campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly creative with a strong understanding of digital trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, media planning, and performance reporting.
