Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is crucial in managing multiple brands overseeing brand strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the full marketing lifecycle for each brand from strategic planning to in-market execution with a strong focus on digital marketing performance and online brand presence. The role requires collaboration with internal teams (social PR design etc.) external partners (agencies influencers) and a sharp focus on achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Brand Management
- Lead the development, implementation, and execution of brand strategies for multiple brands.
- Monitor brand performance and ensure consistency across all marketing channels online and offline.
- Conduct market and digital trend analysis to understand brand positioning, target audiences, and competitors.
- Marketing Calendar Management
- Develop and manage the marketing calendar for the brand.
- Ensure alignment of marketing activities with brand objectives and key milestones.
- Prioritize and coordinate campaigns to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital (SEO SEM paid social display email) traditional and experiential.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns end-to-end from planning and budgeting to optimization and reporting.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Oversee social media management including content creation, community engagement, and performance analytics.
- Manage digital content ensuring brand consistency and SEO optimization.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other digital dashboards to monitor performance and ROI.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools and technologies to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.
- Content Creation & Content Calendar
- Develop content strategies for brand communication across digital platforms, print and in-store materials.
- Collaborate with the social and creative teams to maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of engaging digital content including copy, visuals, videos and paid creatives ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice.
- PR & Influencer Management
- Manage relationships with PR agencies to ensure effective brand representation and media coverage.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand values and target audience.
- Oversee the execution of influencer and digital collaborations ensuring proper coordination and tracking of KPIs.
- Event Management
- Plan and execute brand events including product launches, trade shows and consumer activations.
- Ensure events are integrated into the digital and social strategy for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Budget Management
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for each brand ensuring cost-effective allocation across digital and offline campaigns.
- Monitor spending and provide regular reports on budget utilization and campaign ROI.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and present regular performance reports for each brand highlighting key digital metrics, conversion rates and audience growth.
- Use analytics to track campaign success, identify trends and recommend optimizations.
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors including creative, media and digital marketing partners.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets and negotiate contracts to optimize value.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in marketing with strong exposure to digital and social media marketing.
- Proven track record in managing multiple brands and delivering measurable marketing results.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, brand development and digital trends.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media dashboards and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Passion for Fashion
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Retail Fashion or Lifestyle industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.).
- Experience with event planning and execution.
