• As a Card Product Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing card products in multiple markets.
• Work closely with business development, technical teams, finance, risk, compliance, legal, etc., to deliver a world-class crypto card product.

• Self-driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with a passion to create and manage a best-in-class crypto card product.
• Proficient in product design, including prototyping with wireframe and sequence diagram tools, and storytelling through user narratives.
• Good understanding of the product development lifecycle, portfolio management, and experience at various stages. Able to manage a card portfolio with positive PnL and high user penetration.
• Over 5 years of card product management experience, especially in card issuing, with experience in multiple markets preferred.
• Strong market research and analysis skills to ensure product competitiveness, including regular competitor analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
• Excellent data analytics skills to optimize product performance and drive improvements using data-driven approaches.
• Effective prioritization skills, with the ability to align stakeholders on MVP scope and future product development.
• Solid understanding of risk and compliance frameworks relevant to the card industry.
• Knowledge of card processes such as reconciliation, settlement, chargeback, etc.
