Job Purpose
The Junior Brand Ambassador will act as the face and voice of Camelicious, representing the brand across various marketing platforms, events, and activations. This role is vital in building strong connections with consumers, driving brand visibility, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, well-spoken individual with a background in FMCG/F&B branding and a deep appreciation for Emirati heritage and values.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation
- Represent Camelicious at consumer and trade events, exhibitions, tasting activations, and in-store promotions.
- Serve as a credible and enthusiastic spokesperson for the brand, communicating key product benefits and brand stories.
Marketing Support
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign rollouts, sampling activities, and influencer collaborations.
- Provide on-the-ground insights and feedback to improve engagement strategies.
Customer Engagement
- Engage directly with consumers to drive product awareness and foster loyalty.
- Collect and analyze consumer feedback during activations to support future branding strategies.
- Support digital and social media campaigns with localized content, appearing in videos or features when necessary.
Brand Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor brand visibility and competitor activities in assigned channels and regions.
- Maintain records of promotional activities, consumer interactions, and feedback.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for marketing and sales leadership.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Nationality: Emirati (UAE Passport holders preferred as part of national talent development)
- Experience: 2–4 years in FMCG or F&B branding, preferably with a focus on consumer engagement, field marketing, or brand support.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement abilities.
- Passion for local products and Emirati culture.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer culture in the UAE.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Confident, proactive, and outgoing personality.
Preferred Attributes
- Strong sense of national pride and eagerness to represent a UAE-based health brand globally.
- Previous experience participating in promotional events, expos, or trade fairs.
- Knowledge of camel milk products and wellness-focused food trends is a plus.
