Job summary
A luxury hotel chain in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Lobby Host to enhance guest experiences. As a key point of contact, you will warmly welcome guests and assist with their needs while ensuring the lobby reflects the hotel’s luxury standards. Responsibilities include guest engagement, coordinating with hotel departments, and maintaining ambiance. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in a guest relations role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for service excellence.

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or guest relations role, preferably in luxury hotels.
- Previous experience in Front Office, Concierge, or Lobby Hosting is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance in the lobby.
- Liaise with multiple hotel departments for guest experiences.
- Handle guest complaints professionally.
