Senior Product Manager (US Equity Platform)

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange.

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead product initiatives from conception through to execution. In this role, you will drive the development and delivery of innovative financial products and services, with a focus on prime brokerage and U.S. equity solutions. This critical position demands a thorough understanding of the prime brokerage ecosystem, paired with a proven ability to innovate and create offerings that address the changing needs of our clients.

You will:

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the US equity and prime brokerage services.
  • Conduct market research to assess the needs of institutional clients, such as prime brokerage firms, private equity funds, external asset managers (EAMs), large asset management firms, and high-frequency trading entities.
  • Analyze competitor capabilities and industry trends to craft product strategies for institutional business, guiding the product development team in delivering key projects.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ideate, prioritize, and launch innovative features, including real-time trading capabilities, portfolio management tools, and educational resources.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure full adherence to U.S. financial regulations.
  • Advocate for users by ensuring a seamless and intuitive trading experience across all platforms.
  • Establish success metrics and evaluate product performance to fuel ongoing enhancements.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to refine the product and boost client satisfaction continuously.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Financial Services or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services, with expertise in equities or prime brokerage.
  • Understanding of U.S. equity trading, brokerage operations, and the competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with brokerage solutions designed for institutional clients, encompassing key areas such as accounts, trading, risk management, and clearing and settlement.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, with a solid grasp of APIs, data feeds, and trading systems.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools to make informed decisions and optimize product outcomes.
  • Outstanding skills in communicating ideas, influencing stakeholders, and uniting teams around a common goal.
  • Fluency in English (required).
